Thoroughly enjoyed our GREAT stay for Family Vacation. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a nice area, close enough to the nature as well as train station & exit toll gate. The room was new-fashioned, tidy and with garden view. The personnel was consistently courteous and fairly friendly, doing their best to assist. The breakfast had a huge variety of great food and drinks.

Expected that there would be bar, but we didn't find it.

Fantastic service and attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back late in the evening and the 'Angkringan' stall was still open, serving us delicious traditional snacks and beverages for free. The hotel even offered us a wheelchair for our elderly parent. The room design was functional and the blackout curtain was a nice touch. Despite a minor issue with hot water, the facility was excellent. I highly recommend Metland Hotel Cirebon By Horison for a memorable stay.

The breakfast selection was good with traditional snacks, coffee and tea offered till midnight for a reasonable price. the location was ideal, with only a 5-minute drive to the train station and a nice garden cafe nearby.

The room was small with dim lighting, and the bathroom only had a shower, no bathtub. the towel was old and needed to be changed, and there was a noise disturbance from the garden when events were held there.

The hotel's location is convenient for travelers, being near both the train station and toll gate exit. the rooms are clean and presentable, and the breakfast offers a decent variety of foods. the garden cafe provides a nice atmosphere to relax.

The staff could improve their services in terms of providing more than one card key.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. It was superbly located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

That the room was a little smaller than I expected. However, it was still comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
